     The Alpha and The Warrior is a family owned business ran by Archie and Stephanie Walker, who make up the namesake of the business. 

     Archie Walker or The Alpha, is a member of the prestigious fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.  Alpha Phi Alpha strives to help communities prosper and come together, promote education, and uplift and support each other while accomplishing many goals and great achievements in society. 

     Stephanie aka The Warrior, was born with Sickle Cell Blood disease. Sickle Cell Disease is a group of inherited red blood cell disorders. Healthy red blood cells are round, and they move through small blood vessels to carry oxygen to all parts of the body. In SCD, the red blood cells become hard and sticky and look like a C-shape. The sickle cells die early, which causes a shortage of red blood cells. Also, when they travel through your blood vessels, they get stuck and clog the blood flow. This causes pain, infection, acute chest syndrome and possibly stroke. Sickle cell is diagnosed with a simple blood test.
